Wiki/Biography
Stamp Fairtex, birth name Nadthawan Panthong (แสตมป์ แฟร์เท็กซ์), was born on 16 November 1997 (age 25 years; as of 2023) was born in Rayong, Pattaya, Thailand. Her zodiac sign is Scorpio.
At the age of 5, Stamp was introduced to martial arts, and she started training under her father, who is a former Muay Thai fighter. She started her journey to avoid getting bullied at school, which helped her become the Champion of local Muay Thai stadiums and two-division Eastern Thailand champion. Eventually, in her childhood, a time came when she was unable to find female opponents and had to fight boys. Due to a lack of support for women in her local region to practice Muay Thai, she had to quit fighting for 8 years and focus on her studies. She completed her college at a local college and got herself a degree.
At the age of 18, Stamp got an opportunity to start her fighting career after meeting Rich Franklin, and she began training again to compete professionally in the ONE Warrior Series in Bangkok. She has been trained by different trainers like Jason Burnworth, De’Alonzio Jackson, and Klahan Temjai. During an interview, she talked about her childhood stating,
Back then, people weren’t open to girls competing. They were afraid we might get hurt badly because they thought women were physically weaker than men, but my parents supported my dreams and encouraged me. “There are a lot of well-known female fighters these days. These days, it’s normal to have female athletes in this sport”

She then faced Janet Todd on 22 February 2019 for the inaugural ONE Atomweight Muay Thai World Championship at ONE Championship: Call to Greatness. She won once more by a unanimous decision, and she achieved the title of ONE Atomweight Muay Thai World Champion and became ONE Championship’s first-ever two-sport world champion.

Stamp defended her ONE Atomweight Kickboxing World Championship against Janet Todd for a second time at ONE Championship: King of the Jungle on 28 February 2020. However, she faced her first defeat in the ONE Championship, losing to Todd by a close split decision.
She was scheduled to defend her Atomweight Muay Thai title for a second time. Fairtex took on Allycia Rodrigues, the winner of the Queens of the Ring Flyweight Tournament, at ONE Championship: A New Breed, on 28 August 2020. Rodrigues won the fight and took the title from Stamp through a majority decision.
On 11 January 2023, it was revealed that Stamp was set to fight against Anissa Meksen for the interim ONE Women’s Atomweight Kickboxing World Championship. However, the fight was later called off due to Meksen expressing dissatisfaction with the treatment she received from the promotion.
Mixed Martial Arts
ONE Warriors Series
On 19 July 2018, after being discovered by Rich Franklin, Stamp had her first mixed martial arts match at ONE Warrior Series 2. She got a victory over Rashi Shinde in a mere 19 seconds of the initial round with a head-kick knockout. This win became the reason she earned a contract with ONE Championship.
ONE Championship
Stamp declared her dream to become successful in mixed martial arts within ONE Championship, aiming to get the title of ONE World Champion in MMA too. On 16 August 2019, she made her debut in the ONE Championship against Asha Roka at the “Dreams of Gold” event. She won the match by a rear-naked choke submission just 1:29 minutes into the third round. Stamp was then awarded her Brazilian jiu-jitsu blue belt by De’Alonzio Jackson.
Later, Stamp was scheduled to compete against Bi Nguyen on 8 November 2019 at “Masters of Fate” in ONE Championship. Using her Muay Thai techniques, she dominated all rounds and won by a unanimous decision victory. On 10 January 2020, during the “A New Tomorrow” event by ONE Championship, Stamp faced Puja Tomar. She won the match with a TKO, by ground and pound, 4:27 minutes into the first round.
Before her fight against Tomar, Stamp expressed her interest in taking on Mei Yamaguchi, as she recognized Yamaguchi’s advanced wrestling expertise to be a great challenge. Stamp believed that a match-up against Yamaguchi would be an essential test and growth opportunity in improving her MMA capabilities, especially as she wanted a potential challenge for the ONE World Title. She described the necessity to enhance her groundwork, particularly with champions like Angela Lee who are known for their all-around expertise. In an interview she admitted,
My stand-up game is really good. It is strong, but my ground game still needs a lot of work.”
On 31 July 2020, at the ONE Championship: No Surrender event, Stamp went up against Sunisa Srisen. By showing her maximum strength, she won the match with a first-round TKO and took her winning streak to five.
Stamp’s next fight was against Alyona Rassohyna at the ONE Championship: Unbreakable 3 on 22 January 2021. Stamp had controlled most of the fight, but was unexpectedly caught in a guillotine choke in the final moments and submitted. This was her first loss in MMA. While there was initial debate over whether Stamp tapped, a majority of media sources confirmed the tap out.
2021 ONE Women’s Atomweight Grand Prix
Stamp Fairtex took on Alyona Rassohyna in a rematch, this time as part of the quarterfinals for the ONE Women’s Atomweight Grand Prix at ONE Championship: Empower, which was initially set for 28 May 2021. However, due to COVID-19 concerns, the event was postponed and later rescheduled for 3 September 2021. In the rematch, Stamp managed to win the match and even the score by achieving a split-decision victory over Rassohyna.
She was next scheduled to fight against Seo Hee Ham in the semi-finals of the Grand Prix at ONE Championship: NextGen on 29 October 2021. Unfortunately, Ham got an injury during her training and had to withdraw from the contest. She was replaced by Julie Mezabarba, who was defeated by Stamp via a unanimous decision.
Stamp next faced Ritu Phogat in the Grand Prix Final during ONE: Winter Warriors on 3 December 2021. Showing her skills and determination, Stamp won against Phogat with a submission through armbar in the second round. She was able to secure the 2021 ONE Women’s Atomweight World Grand Prix Championship title.
Stamp Fairtex faced against Angela Lee for the ONE Women’s Atomweight Championship at ONE: X on 26 March 2022. While Stamp was able to land a significant liver punch on Lee during the first round, she ultimately won by submission through a rear-naked choke in the second round. During an interview, she was asked, Is it more important to you to reclaim your titles in kickboxing and Muay Thai, or would you rather pursue your MMA career to prove Championship status there? To which she replied,
I’d rather reclaim my titles in kickboxing and Muay Thai because I’m still sad about losing them, but also out of respect for Angela Lee and the Lee family.”
On 1 October 2022, Stamp faced off against Jihin Radzuan at ONE on Prime Video 2. Radzuan failed to make the required weight, weighing in at 120.25 pounds, which was 5.25 lbs above the atomweight non-title fight limit. Due to that, Radzuan was fined 30% of her purse, which was awarded to Stamp. In the same match, Stamp got her victory by a unanimous decision.
Prior to her match against Radzuan, it was announced that Stamp would face Anissa Meksen in a Mixed Rules fight at ONE on Prime Video 6 on 14 January 2023, at the Impact, Muang Thong Thani in Bangkok. After her victory, Stamp reacted to Meksen’s comment, as she called Stamp Fairtex a “dancer.” She said that, unlike Meksen, she has held both the ONE Atomweight Muay Thai and Kickboxing titles at the same time. However, the fight was called off during weigh-ins as Meksen did not make an appearance. As an alternative, Stamp was matched with Anna Jaroonsak in a strawweight kickboxing match during the same event. Stamp won the fight by a split decision and received a $50,000 bonus for her performance.
On 5 May 2023, at ONE Fight Night 10, Stamp competed against Alyse Anderson. Stamp gave her maximum effort in the fight and achieved a knockout win with a body kick in the second round. She was awarded a $50,000 bonus for her impressive performance.

Controversy
Misjudged tap-out against Supergirl
During the match against Alyona Rassohyna at the ONE Championship: Unbreakable 3 on 22 January 2021, Stamp majorly had an upper hand in the fight. But due to a choke submission, and 15 seconds left to the finish of the round, the referee stopped the match when he saw Stamp tapping out during submission. After breaking up the lock hold, Stamp celebrated her victory, but she was surprised to see that the match had been won by Rassohyna. She claimed that she hadn’t tapped out and it was a misunderstanding, but many fans and the judges claimed that it was a tapout and she had lost the match.
During an exclusive interview, she said,
I didn’t think the fight ended. But I was moving my arm above my opponent. I got stuck on her elbow. When the video came out, I understood [why] the referee [stopped the fight]. I thought the fight was over. At the time, I didn’t think that I tapped. When the referee broke us up, I thought that time was up and I won. So I got up and celebrated. I’m really sad because I won every round. I understood the referee because he wanted to save [me]. I was okay because I was defending her choke. I could breathe. So I wasn’t afraid of anything. All I did was use my hands to push against her face.” 2
